This unique coffee was planted in a nice row on the mountain at Finca Los Alpes. Standing resolute and in contrast to all the other trees and fruit, the bright Yellow fruit has a personality and a flavor all its own. Producing only 4 finished bags (roughly 600 lbs), this micro-lot is a real prize for us and a change of pace from some of the other coffees on the farm.

Round and elegant. Dominated by notes of stone fruit and honey, with clear hints of flowers and citrus. Rich acidity, syrupy mouthfeel and a clean finish with long, fruit-toned sweetness. (Coffeereview.com)
