Pacamara Tierra Fertil
Los Alpes Reserva
94 points (7/2008)
"A very
light roast preserves the distinctive and complex aromatics. Crisp but
sweet-toned aroma: toast, orange citrus and hints of dry berry and flowers.
In the cup the acidity is balanced and rich, the mouthfeel lightly syrupy
and the flavor pungently malty with continuing toast, orange, dry berry
and floral notes. Long, rich finish."(coffeereview.com)
"After a week of cupping coffees throughout El Salvador,
Johnson Brothers Coffee Roasters absolutely fell in love with this coffee
from Finca Los Alpes (a COE award-winning farm) in northeastern El Salvador,
in theCacahuatique mountain range. This coffee is the product of the relationship
between Luis Alonso Araujo and JBCR, and Finca Los Alpes was paid a premiumfar
exceedingly fair trade prices. Comprised solely of the pacamara varietal
from the "Tierra Fertil" section of the farm" - Mike
