Blind Assessment:
Honey-like sweetness in aroma and cup, with notes of flowers, citrus and stone fruit contributing complexity. Bright acidity, silky mouthfeel and a slightly simplified version of the flavor profile in the finish, along with a distant hint of astringency.(coffeereview.com)

Notes: **Certified organically grown and Fair Trade, the latter meaning the green beans were purchased from small-holding farmers (in this case farmer members of the Sidamo Cooperative Union) at a "fair" or economically sustainable price. Ethiopian coffees like this one processed by the wet or washed method (fruit skin and pulp is removed before drying) express floral and citrus notes with particular intensity.
